Obituary

Kenneth Eugene Scott, Jr., age 33 of Berea, passed away suddenly at St. Joseph Berea Hospital on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.
Kenneth was born in Stanford to Kenneth Scott Sr. and Rhonda Ledford Scott. He was a maintenance employee for a meat packing plant.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Geneva Ledford, and two aunts, Debbie Pennington and Gail Ledford.
In addition to his parents Kenneth and Rhonda, he is also survived by three brothers, Jason Scott, Brandon Scott, and Alex Lacock; two sisters, Anita Scott and Renea Bell; a special cousin, Haley Hickle, who was like a sister to him; one uncle, Daryl Ledford; two aunts, Janet Ledford and Lynn Lear; a nephew, Trace Saylor; and was expecting a son, Jaxson Hunter Scott, in January. He is also survived by many, many cousins.
Funeral services will be 2 pm, Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Lakes Funeral Home in Berea with Bro. Chuck Elam officiating. Burial will follow in the Harmons Lick Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 am – 2 pm at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Tyler Hickle, Brandon Scott, Alex Lacock, Brian Lawson, Cody Ledford, and Matthew Ledford.
The family will observe all state mandates for facial coverings and social distancing for services.
