My heart goes out to sister Tine and all the family of Delmer. He was one of a kind, always had a smile and was such an inspiration to me and all those around him. I loved to hear him sing and testify. Heaven gained a precious soul. He fought the good fight and kept the faith. Hoping to meet brother Delmer again!
Love, Angie Hisle and family.
