Although they are not licensed funeral directors, these staff members are vitally important to the operation of our firm.  These individuals make it possible for us to professionally coordinate funerals with the quality of service our community has come to expect from us.

Shelley is a 1992 Graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, with a degree in Health Information Management, currently is a Funeral Service Consultant with Matthew's Casket Division and is a consultant for Lakes Funeral Home. Shelley resides in Berea and has two children Leia Jordan and Colby Jennings. Shelley is past secretary of the Berea Younger Woman's Club.

He has been actively involved in the financial services industry since 1991. He has specialized in funeral funding options since 2002. Chuck works closely with our funeral home to ensure that families have a complete and pleasant experience with having an option to afford the type of services and merchandise that they choose in advance for their funeral. Married with two sons, Chuck and his wife Sue provide a home for too many animals to count. They thoroughly enjoy caring for the needs of their animals. It's always an honor to serve families prior to their time of need.
